🔁 EXCHANGE

 

• FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a defective item, please message us within 1 day after pickup from our HQ so our team can review the concern.
  • Kindly note that damages caused by courier mishandling during transit are beyond our control and may not qualify for exchange approval.

• FOR CHANGE OF MIND

  • We may allow exchanges for change of mind on a case-to-case basis 🤍
  • Conditions:
    • The item must be unused and returned in good condition
    • Returned items will still be subject to inspection and approval before exchange
    • Shipping fees for returning the item and sending the replacement back will be shouldered by the client
