Return/Exchange Policy

  • Sadly, we do not do refunds. Make sure you are very sure with your orders before arranging pick up. Our online team is here to help you with any inquiries you may have.



  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
  • You have 1 day from the day of pick up from our HQ to check your orders and appeal if there is any defect. After the said timeline, we won't be accepting any disputes.
  • If you received a defective item, please contact us immediately.
  •  Upon receipt of the claim, we will examine first whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.




    We make sure to pack every order properly. Since the delivery method (shopee or any delivery service app) is via a third-party courier, we are not liable for any damages made by the courier.
